"When Godly People Do Ungodly Things!"

God- Spa Event- McDonough, Georgia

If anyone is interested in attending a "GodSpa" retreat please let me know. GodSpa is held in McDonough, GA; just 20 minutes south of Downtown Atlanta. GodSpa was created by Melinda Moffett as to be a day of pampering with our Savior. The entire purpose is to become relaxed with Father and allow Him to speak to you without the distractions of family, work, phones, or even time.

Melinda is a strong believer and opens her home to anyone in need of a spa day with God. She lives on a wooded five acre, two-story, four bedroom beautiful house. She typically holds the spa on a Saturday. Once you arrive, you are greeted by Melinda and the other participants of the spa day and from there on, the Holy Spirit takes over. It is pretty much an all day event; beginning around 9 a.m. and lasting until 2-3 p.m. depending on the Spirit. I would highly recommend making a weekend out of this and driving down on Friday and leaving on Sunday or Saturday if your schedule demands it.

She has it once a month and only holds 9 each time. The cost is $35 per spa and includes a delicious, healthy, homemade meal prepared on site and reading material.

A new Sunday School Class will begin May 8th. This will be a couples class, ages 50 and up but everyone is invited to attend. The co-teachers are David and Charlotte Hill. Try it. You will like it. We guarantee it

IMPACT Camp- All youth are encouraged to register now for IMPACT Camp (July 5-9).This year's theme is "DECLARATION" and it is going to be an awesome time and place to experience God with hundreds of other youth from across the south! Fundraisers are underway so don't miss out!
